Citizen Science

Volunteers with or without a scientific background may participate in our research projects as citizen scientists. Engagement is possible at different levels of complexity – from quite simple to really challenging. Current citizen science projects are listed on

Public engagement

We love to engage with people of any background. We offer Ferienplausch activities, workshops, talks and discussions, and are happy to co-operate with other organizations to carry out exciting public projects. Some of are activities are developed, and take place, at Raumschiff – the Maker-Space for Astronomy.
